When will my order ship?

Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped which will also include a tracking number.
I received an email from customer service requesting me to confirm my recent order placement. What's the reason behind this request?
In response to a significant increase in fraudulent orders, we have implemented a precautionary measure. Customers whose orders have been flagged by our risk finder application are asked to verify their purchases to ensure they are not using stolen credit cards. This additional step is designed to enhance security and safeguard our customers against potential fraudulent activities."
What do I do if I accidentally placed an order or if my order is incorrect?
Unfortunately, there is no way of making changes to an order once your card has been charged. Please double check all orders before you place them. If there has been a mistake and you would like some adjustments to your order, contact us at info@stglobalvape.com
I received my order and there was something wrong, what do I do now?
If there is any issue with your order (eg: wrong flavors or colors,, wrong products, damaged products etc. please take a picture immediately and email them to customer service. Please report any damages or issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
